All Entry Fee's are $450 per team. Location of all playing facilities are in Washington County MD. 

All spectators must bring their own chairs.

Food and or coolers are not allowed within the Liberty Gym, concessions will be available.

Food and coolers are allowed in all other locations. 

 

Entry fee to get into each location is 2 Non-Perishable food item per person (non player) or $5 per person, $15 for a family.

Wrist bands will be provided at entry and must be presented at the door for entrance the remainder of the weekend for all facilities.

The food bank has requested canned proteins, i.e. tuna, chicken, spam, ham, salmon etc.. Also peanut butter, mac-in-cheese, canola oil,

olive oil, apple sauce, canned fruit, granola bars, instant mashed potatoes, rice and pasta.   

 

 

**This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

**All participants must have a current AAU membership.

**AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.

**AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins, except where the event operator has a latptop available with an internet connection.

**BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.

**Please allow up to 10 days for memberships to be processed. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership.
